Refund & cancellation policy.
Applies to admission fees, annual subscription and service fees paid to the chamber.
Admission fee and subscription
Admission fees and annual subscription are non-refundable once the application is approved by the Managing Committee. If an application is rejected, any fee collected in advance is refunded in full to the same bank account or payment method within 15 working days.
Duplicate or failed payments
If an online payment is debited but not confirmed, or is charged twice, write to kccigim@gmail.com with the transaction reference. Verified duplicate payments are refunded to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
Service fees
Fees for certificates, attestation and similar services are refundable only if the service cannot be provided by the chamber.
