How the chamber collects, uses and protects member information.
What we collect
When you enquire or apply for membership we collect the details on the membership form: firm name, addresses, contact numbers, email, GSTIN, PAN, representative names and photographs, and the supporting documents you upload. When you pay online, Razorpay processes the payment and shares only the transaction reference with us.
How we use it
Member information is used to maintain the member register, issue receipts, send circulars, event notices and greetings on WhatsApp, and to represent members before authorities. Office bearers may look up member contact details through the chamber's WhatsApp lookup service.
Sharing
We do not sell member data. Contact details may appear in the chamber's member directory shared with members. Data is stored with our hosting and messaging providers under contract, and is retained for as long as the membership record is required by the chamber's rules.
